Ecstatic Dance outdoors / al aire libre
Ecstatic dance es un baile libre con musica en vivo, a veces se habla sobre ‘Clubbing consciente’. Te invitamos a silenciar tu mente y dejarte mover desde tu corazón, tus sentimientos, conectando con tu instinto, tu alma, y permitirla expresarse y liberarse a través del movimiento. Te ayudamos empezar con unas pautas en el principio de la sesión, dándote unas ideas para entrar tu improvisación. Desde allí puedes elegir cultivar tu cocoon de autodiscubrimiento o añadir ya relaciónarte más con tus almas gemelos en este viaje. Te deseo qué - más o menos pronto - logras a entrar la ecstasis del movimiento y respirar la dicha de esta dulce experiencia.

I wish this to be an opportunity to open up to feeling more, more alive, more present, more vibrant and inspired, more connected.
I wish this to be a repetitive social event that supports the establishment of meaningful bonds in our community, and of course with ourselves in our sacred spaces.

- We want to facilitate frequent events that lift up the spirit of the people.
- We want to set a healthy trend with coming together as a community, through sacred dance, no alcohol or other drugs or hallucinators allowed.
- We want to create an environment that gets a particular flavor, not a random commercial experience, from one personally empowered individual to more personally empowered individuals
- These events shall stimulate meaningful communications, personally, culturally, internationally.
