Ecstatic dance is free dancing to live electronic music.

It's sometimes referred to as "conscious clubbing."

We invite you to silence your mind and let yourself move from your heart, your feelings, connecting with your instinct, your soul, and allowing it to express and free itself through movement. At the beginning of the event I share some guidelines for the session, and after that some playful ideas to help your body and dancing spirit going. From there, you can choose to cultivate your cocoon of self-discovery or add connecting more with your soulmates on this journey.

I hope that — sooner or later — you will be able to enter the ecstasy of movement, and fully breathe in the bliss of this sweet experience.

We dance barefoot. Drugs or alcoholic stimulants are not permitted, we most likely will not miss them at all. Hugs yes, very welcome.
