I offer you my knowledge of about 25 years of dedicated movement practise, teaching since 2005. I am a contemporary dance professional with great passion for the balancing and gradual progression benefits of methodic movement disciplines that help mobilize, strengthen and condition the physical structures, teaching much body and posture awareness to help you max out your unique capacities as well as supporting you to learn to work with your limitations in a clever way. I like to share with you the best of my knowledge of dedicated movement studies and practise for about 25 years. I am teaching since 2005, first contemporary dance and classical ballet technique in a modern way, then I deepened my knowledge about Ashtanga yoga and Acroyoga. I believe the intensely challenging movement styles teach us a lot about our bodies and help clarify and pro-actively work disbalances. There are principles in movement and posture that apply to pretty much all human beings, yet there are anatomical differences that can make a difference for one or another movement practise and performance. I like you to figure out how your body is best coached into a vibrant energetic radiance that empowers you to stand in your life with greater confidence, grounding and readiness to expand and shine. I like to teach methodically and disciplined, yet at times playful so we can integrate the benefits of experiential explorations. There is always a warm up that is intended to wake up whole body awareness. Then there is some spice of refining movement and posture alongside the specifics of a chosen practise approach, be it more yoga, inversions or modern ballet. Find the complexity in the simple and the simple in the complex so you really feel what it means to live in a human body. There is definitely a magic that shows up when you figure out how to well align and direct your power and sensitivity. I am happy if I can support that.
